Why MDing a old 1920s homestead near Boutte, Louisianna, I uncovered a bunch of junk. Obviously this had been a dumping place for a long time. Metal trash was everywhere! I didn't find any coins of note, just a few clads, but I did come across this neat find. Its an old straight razor, with a black ?plastic? handle. On the tang it has what looks like a partially worn trident, very much like the symbol for Wustoff-Trident cutlery. The other side had "4/8PA". I couldn't find on the web where Wustoff-Trident made any straight razors, though. Any help on IDing the maker, age, etc. would be helpful. Thanks all in advance.
