In the last 2 weeks, I've found 1945, 1950, and 1959 Canadian silver dimes (in the U.S.).  There has been a lot of Canadian lately, including the silver.  I don't know where it's coming from, but I don't mind, either.

I found a 1907 V nickel. Haha just wondering though why is a 1913 V nickel an option when there are only 5 in existence?

Because they do exist.
