Detector used Detector(s) Used - Bounty HunterIV / Garrett GTI 2500

Posted Jan 12, 2009, 05:00:17 pm

I have talked about posting this for several weeks and have finally got around to it. Seger98, its not a pile of archaic stuff but its a start we will get some more this summer. Note the flat pc. with the rounded edge. This is the first stuff I have found but I believe this is a worked pc that did not get finished or was throw out because the tip was broke. Some of you folks that have been finding this stuff for years, let me know what you think.
Thanks

What a great rescue you have made with that artifact. Thank you for saving it. Good hunt. I would love to have a spear point or blade like that.

I seriously doubt that posts on T-net are the reason the state of Wisconsin has banned all detecting on state land. I also would like to point out that the state can not stop anyone from hunting on private land. I find all kinds of copper culture items and all on private lands, the state archies can pucker up and kiss my butt! headbang

I dont have a problem with anyone recovering relics. They would be lost for eternity otherwise,
but bringing attention to it sure can't help.
