My Pop (Repairman65) sent me these photos of the Virginia Gold we recovered a few years ago while prospecting.  Thought I would share them with you.  We hope to get back into the prospecting thing once I return to the States for good later this Summer.  This is approximately 2 OZ of raw VA Gold.

That is awesome panning! Alot of people don't realize that everyone was panning in the south before the gold rush 49ers ran to California! The south is full of gold! You just gotta find it!
