I got out both days this weekend, on saturday I got the no date large cent, indian and barber. Today I got the Barbers, indian and merc and by far my favorite find of the weekend is the button. Any info on the button would be appreciated. Is this civil war era? Does the N.G. stand for national guard. It is one of my favorite buttons. Thanks for looking.

I found one about 15 years ago, have it ID'd, but I did not write down what the backmark was and it is in a shadow box not easy to access to look at, but if memory serves me right, 1880's or so era.
