Ok, most of you familiar with the "What Is It" forum are familiar with following up on your original post to mark it solved, but there are many that don't mainly because they are not familiar with how to do it.

I'm sure you have seen this made famous by the "What Is It" forum's icon, bigcypresshunter.

If you feel this is solved,

Go back to your original post,

Click on Modify,

Click on Message icon down arrow,

Click on Solved,

The Green Check will appear

Here is a photo tutorial to help you through that process.

First, go back to you original post and to the right side of the screen you will see "Modify".  Click on it.

Second, go to the Message Icon down arrow, click on the arrow and some options will appear.  Go down to "solved" and click on it.

Finally, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Save".  This will put the solved.gif on the "What Is It" main page to let us all know that this particular thread has been solved.

Now wasn't that easy.

And a GREAT BIG THANKS to bigcypresshunter for all the effort he has put forth to insure that the threads that are solved get the green check mark!  hello2

Also, for the benefit of those who may not be aware of what the solved.gif means, it's not a bad idea to add " — SOLVED! " to the title.
