Founded 1980, approx. 150 members
We meet monthly on the 3rd Thursday at 7:30PM at
Tharp Civic Center in Jennings, MO
8720 Jennings Station Road
There are no meetings in December.
Meetings consist of club business, current detecting news from local
and nationwide, special presentations by guests and members on
hobby related subjects, metal detector and equipment demonstrations
general discussions among attendees.
Attendance prizes, Raffles, Find of the Month Prizes.
Visitors always welcome at our meetings, membership dues are
$25.00/year  $10.00 each additional family member

We have monthly informal "get-togethers" at local parks or other sites
usually the Sunday following the monthly meeting.

We run a Spring Hunt in May and a Fall Hunt in September for members.

Anyone in the area who is new at the hobby or interested in the club is
welcome to attend a meeting or contact President Roger Horrum for
more information.

This club is still active. Have hunted with them several time in past 2 years. Great bunch of people.

I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.
