I have a 1943 England small stamp booklet that I know nothing about. I have researched it on the computer but have only found the picture, but no price is given. It has all the stamps but two. Can anybody help!

Ten years ago a fellow by the name of Larry "Ski" Smulczenski fournd an identical item and wrote about it here:
