10th Regt. of Foot button from this year

 
          I recovered this button early this year. This regt. saw action in the rev war at the Battle of Lexington and Concord, Battle of Bunker Hill, Battle of Germantown and others.
 The officers of this regt were sent home to England in 1778, but the enlisted men were mustered into other units for continued service in North America.

       That is THE one to find, your 10th! Man the Continental stuff is very hard to find and yours is a great button! Thanks for showing me!
