Woodstock , Thanks i just ordered one , I have a pro pointer but a back up would be good and that deal seems better than Harbor Freights. You never know if it works really good i might sell my Pro pointer .

Keppy - I had one of these. I sold it.  I am certain you will not sell your Garrett after you try it.  It is OK for a backup, but not much more. But for the price, it is OK.  There is a reason the Garrett sells for what it does and why you hardly ever see a Garrett Pro-Pointer for sale.  They are excellent.  And with my easy field trick that increases the depth, you can just about double the standard depth you get out of it.  If you want to know how to do it, let me know, I have shared it with many, including my buddy Woodstock.
