You think so, some would have run away and hid under the nearest truck.
She could have finished it with one head shot, she didn't , and in the process
got shot 3 times herself and still standing after being shot in both legs.

Any wimp can possess a big gun ; it's what you do with it that counts.

After Columbine, there was a change in thinking to engage the shooter and neutralize the threat rather than set up a perimeter and wait for SWAT.  From some reports, it is my understanding she responded while off duty, identified and engaged the suspect in a head on gunfight.  Hell yeah she's my hero, I'm in love, and sorry we weren't there to back you up when you needed it.  But you done good, kid, on your own.  Wish you would have been able to get there quicker.

If something good can come from this then this fact should be used by the
Pentagon propagandists with at least a leaflet drop over the battlefield.

Probably true, in retrospect, though not for that reason.
I think its always good when a guy like this can be preserved for interrogation, but a head shot would obviously have been in order.
Screw their martyrs, I think we should oblige them with all they can handle.

I was reading yesterday that there was another guy shooting at him, and when he [the muslim] went down, people were yelling at him "Two more !! Two more !!".
He at first took this to mean that there were 2 more bad guys ,,, And thats probably how that rumor first got started, that there were 3 shooters.
But it turns out they wanted him to put a couple more slugs in him, though he was down he still held the weapon, and was showing signs of life.
He then walked over and kicked the weapon to the side, and handcuffed him.
