Tin Plate?

Does anyone know what this type of metal this is and how old it is?  

My parents have this same plate,they got it when my dad was stationed in Scotland back in the 1950's ,they use it for baking pizza.

Are there any marks on the back side?

I looked, but couldn't find anything. It does have a similar plower pattern like the front.

Maybe the metal is tin.

does a magnet stick to it? looks aluminum

That is probably silver plated brass. I have oval tray with very similar pattern.  Do not  know about the age.
