My parents have this same plate,they got it when my dad was stationed in Scotland back in the 1950's ,they use it for baking pizza.

I looked, but couldn't find anything. It does have a similar plower pattern like the front.

That is probably silver plated brass. I have oval tray with very similar pattern.  Do not  know about the age.
