Well I finally found my first ring ever using my Ace 250 and I wasn't sure if a happy dance was in order or not. It was so dirty, I couldn't tell what it was. I knew it was a ring right off but it just didn't appear to be silver, and gold was out of the question. After a little cleaning, it looked more like a copper wire that someone skillfully meshed into a neat braided copper wire ring. Well that is exactly what it is . So for my first ring I thought I would take a cool pic with a little reflection on glass.

I was hunting in a park and found a little clad along with my share of tabs. The ring was found on a ball field near home plate.

Congrats are in order for any ring, especially the first on, even it it isn't gold.   hello2 hello2 hello2

My first ring was made out of a silver quarter and I still remember the day I found it with my son.  I did a "Happy Dance" even though my son told me I looked silly.

I loved the photo on the glass, very classy.  thumbsup

Dang it! more competition.

But welcome to the club. I don't think anyone can describe the feeling of finding their first gold. It must be experienced to understand.

Good luck
