World's Columbian Exposition, Chicago, 1893 Book

Is something like this a collectors item?  I'm having a hard time finding anything on the internet about it.  Sorry for terrible pictures.

I found two copies on abebooks.com: one is a photocopy reprint for $95.00 and the other is an original edition from 1896 for $20.00. Unfortunately, the book is a very hard sell and is not really a collected subject. If I owned the book, I'd be happy to get $20.00 for it.
