Need to see the back but I think it a coveralls button. It always helps to show the back of a button.

1900-10 work clothes / overalls button.  In addition to stock/generic buttons like yours, a very similar, if not identical "locomotive" die was used on a number of brand-name buttons, with lettering above and below the image: "Union / Made," "The / Winner," etc.

Some books list it at $5-10 in nice condition.
