Scoville Button any Ideas, civilian or military?

 I dug this Scoville Buttom and have no Idea what it was used for. Maybe someone could tell me if it's a civilian or military.
 Also this thing that has Regular on it and is the same size as a dime.

What else does it say? I cant read it, too blurry. Do you have a Macro lens for closeups? Its the flower icon.

No Macro. I can't tell by looking through the 10x loupe eather. Reminds me of old gas station pumps. OK I spit on it and looked and it Say's SKELLY and Regular ,must be off a miniature toy gas pump.

Thanks bigcypresshunter. You went all out on this pin and the old pic's of the gas station. I think I seen a gas station like that still standing a few years ago and out off business for years.
