I love this time of year Perfect day to get out in the woods............. I located an old foundation on an 1869 map of my area, and today I finally found time to hunt it for a few hours................ Right of the bat, two inches down, I got my third Two Cent for the year so far! And 1864 Two indians turned up as well today, with one that is a dandy an 1870 ......... Here's a pic of everything found today! I can't wait to get time for another hunt here.......... Can't wait to get time to go back............. Take Care! Nickels............... Ta

Looks like you found a nice spot there! and it may just be my eyes are out of whack today but to me it looks like 1933 not 1033 on that key, either way it is neat!

Damn Nickel, that's a nice 1870 indian. You got at least a 60 dollar coin there (if it were in bad shape), but that one is looking pretty good. Are those pits, or some dirt you didn't get off the coin yet? It's looking about EF-40, close to 400 dollars Redbook, if it wasn't a dug coin and those aren't pits.
