Hello everyone,

Today, on my birthday, I got to hunt the site of
the Civil War Battle of Reed's Bridge.

It was an Arkansas Treasure Hunters Club hunt,
in association with the Arkansas Historic
Preservation Society.... All our significant finds
were logged and given to the Museum of Military
History in Jacksonville, AR.

Here is where the road was. It was on the right
side of the split rail fence. You can kind of see
where it was,

The gentleman on the right is with the Arkansas
Historical Preservation Society,

He has been making improvements,,, like these
buildings, fences and so on that he built. He is
making something nice out of this site.

Ok, Ladies and gentlemen,

START YOUR ENGINS,

GO!!!

There goes Tabdog, headin down tha back stretch,

Hay look, a 58 cal musket ball,

It was carved a little and you can see the cast line
on it from the mold,

A mini Ball,

A piece of a cannon ball,

Mini balls,

This is a shot Union 3 ringer that was shot at tha
Rebs,

At the end of the hunt,,,,, we tallied our finds
and bragged about um,

At the end of the day, that musket ball was my
best find. Here is my pile. The red arrows are
pointing at pieces of cannon balls,

That was a lot of fun. I am sore now. I been
nursing a bad knee. I am sure glad I got to
go.

Happy Huntin,

Tabdog
