Found my first Seated Half Dollar 1857. To bad it has a hole.
Also found an 1844 Large cent, 1700's Irish Copper, 1864 Indian, 1884 Indian and the best coin of the day is the 1872 Indian.

Great finds!  That's the kind of stuff I wanted to be digging today.  That half looks like someone hammered a cut nail through it by the shape of the hole.

The holes weren't usually put in by someone who had it "in" for women; they put the holes in them so their women could wear them on a bracelet or around their necks. Great finds!
