i found the weirdest coin ever. it has the smallest date on the rim of the coin. it is not very noticibale u need a magnifying glass to see it. it says 172 something. it is like pewter and it is really heavy. can you give me some help.. was there local mints back then and were should i bring it to. and what could be the value of this coin.? it's a bit wet so it's a bit hard to see

what size & weight is it?

1720s could be a 'dump' issue British copper, but the pictures are not good enough to tell.
