Belt or Suspender buckle??????

Hi everyone

I found this buckle in Derry at the site I've been working on for a while now.
Anyone have any idea what kind of buckle it is or the age?

Also if you are able to look close the metal has lots of etching both front and back.
Its one of the best ones I've seen yet!!!
