I have found those stupid things 3 miles in the woods, on steep hillsides away from any path. The weird thing is the can is gone but the pull tab remains behinds.

Nice assortment! The thing is, I think I would still metal detect even if all there ever was to find was pull tabs and rusty nails. But I would have the best pull tab/rusty nail collection you've ever seen.
