Went back to a small CW camp/picket today with my buddy Glenn. I broke the button with the (monogram?) when cleaning it.

Its a great spot, I did a little research and knew that there had been a camp and old road in the area. One day I took a walk with the wife and saw the ridge overlooking the spot where I thought there may have been a camp which is paved over now. Had to check it out. Glad I did. In 4 hunts I have found 7 buttons 6 bullets and some other interesting finds including a (Jew's or jaw) harp that may be older than some of the other finds. There are so many iron targets that I have been cherry picking and with hunting season starting soon I wont be spending as much time deep in the woods.

Very nice relics... I love the buttons.  Looks like a good site, too bad you'll have to clear out for hunting season.
