Say, what's that big coin next to the quarters... looks to big to be a quarter. Could it be an old copper?? Would like to see a closer pic of it.

I found this property that is sandwiched between the railroad and the beach, I don't think anyone has been on the property before with a metal detector, to answer your question the elongated coin is a quarter that someone place on the track. In this are the chance of finding an old copper is very slim. Thanks for looking. Pat in San Clemente CA

My one and only silver dollar found is a 1923 peace dollar. Found in my own yard 2 yrs. after buying my house. I'd be happy with those finds.
