I came across this coin recently and purchased it. i thought I was making a good deal to resell but even my local coin dealers say it isn't their specialty and do not make an offer. Basically I have no idea what it is worth and the guy I bought it from said he paid around $150 for it.

Minted during a less than two month period from 9 June to 28 August 68 A.D.
Billon tetradrachm, RPC I 5326, BMC Alexandria 199, aVF, weight 11.268 g, maximum diameter 23.2 mm, die axis 0o, Alexandria mint, 9 Jun - 28 Aug 68 A.D.; obverse LOUK LIB SOULP GALBA KAIS SEB AU, laureate head right; reverse ALEXANDREA, draped bust of Alexandria right wearing elephant-head headdress, dated LA ( year 1 ); scarce; SOLD
