Please don't quote me on this but it seems like Mark Parker just had something similar in one of his columns and it had something to do with Fu Manchu, sorry for the vagaries on this, maybe check some of his recent past columns, good luck and HH, neat find!

Chuck.
Tattooguy67 is right.  The September 2009 issue of W&E Treasures, Page 14:
"This design is often described as "Fu Manchu in Stocks" or "...in Chains."  ....Cufflinks of identical design, but with bar-type attachments on the back, were made by the Hickok Mfg. Co. of Rochester, NY."

I hope this helps.
Happy Hunting!

Good call Tattoo and Coinmaster, I have the issue and just read it. Same image as the one in the magazine. I get the sense that this is a top to a bottle of some drink or food. Anyone else think so? Maybe a fu man chu hot sauce or something?  dontknow

I found this in the woods where there was a ton of beer cans and booze bottles. Seems like homeless lived in this patch of woods, so you think its the top to a nip?  icon_scratch
