Went to a different park today to try my luck. About 4 hours give or take. Man I wish I knew why people pull the tab off a perfectly good can and throw it on the ground. Its like they feel compelled to litter. Blows my mind. Sorry about the rant... just had to vent a little. Not to bad if you like pennies and pulltabs. But to me it's all good. I just like to be out there detecting and enjoying being alive. Thanks for looking and happy hunting.

It's funny I was thinking the same thing earlier today.
I remember a long time ago when they came out with this type of pulltab someone telling me to pull the whole thing off the can instead of folding it over.

I tried it but the sharp metal thing scratched my lip. From then on I never removed the pull-tab. but donno why others do it. Makes no sense.
