Can anyone i.d. this button? It was found really close to the Pewter USA button I found a few weeks back. Is it like all of the dandy's I have found in the same area? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am also on the quest for a really good colonial era button book if anyone has any suggestions.  read2

Are those stars around the edge? If so it is probably a patriotic button. if not then just a flat button, but still cool
