Picked up two boxes from my new supply bank.  Boxes were not as good as last week but when you have just been getting skunks these are great!

Results:

Box 1
6 - 40's
1 - 90's
1 - 52S Ben
1 - 2003 Impaired Proof
1 - 2003 NIFC

Box 2
15 - 40's
3 - Bens (54D, 62, 62D)
1 - 2008 NIFC
1 - 1971 Impaired Proof

and.....

my first commemorative half...

1996 Atlanta Olympics swimming clad half (with a nice hole in it)
Redbook has this thing at $175 (49k minted)in MS67 shape, this is a long ways from that.  Disapointed someone felt the need to bore a hole through this...

Here is a picture of it for your viewing pleasure.  Sorry its a bit blury, blackberry does a crap job at closeups.

Good boxes AG thumbsup I don't care for the sports Commemoratives. I got one this week too,a clad basketball half.
I kept it for a trade. Don't have an idea what it's worth. Got a worthless Balboa too. I kept it because it's a nice looking coin.

Commemoratives are cool, got the nice beginnings of a set from CRH.  Figure I can afford to keep them at FV or trade them for silver if the opportunity arrises.  HH  Mark

Its kind of refreshing to get foreigns and comms in your rolls.  Breaks up the tediousness of going through them.  The basketball comm is worth a bit even as a clad because of such low mintage (169k for that one) worth about $21 in MS-67 according to Redbook.

I think the swimming commemorative is worth quite a bit anyways.  Not in monetary terms, but I'd much rather find that than another '71 clad JFK.  It's likely that some hopeful swimmer cared enough to wear that around their neck for a time.  Maybe Michael Phelps??

Kindest regards,
Kantuck
