I found a few coins this week as we had a nice little North Eastern disturbance. Also got 14 rings and one .925 silver bracelet. None of the rings were gold Sad. But it was a fun time indeed. Most of the rings are .925 silver with the exception of two which are brass or zinc. Ugogirl from California joined me on Sunday to get the party started. The final coin count was 467. tongue3

That is the largest haul I've seen in other than a shipwreck cache.

I'm sorry for the mis-understanding... I found this pile over the course of 12 hours and 4 days. My back can only take 2 to 3 hours at a time.

What a Sight ... can also say What a Site!  hello2 hello2 hello2

Was this in 4 different areas?

Any Silver coins?

Strange to not get any Gold rings .. my personal ratio is about 1 gold in 5 rings over about 100+ rings. Perhaps the strange conditions skew the results?

My winter hunting here in Southern California is mainly devoted to finding older deeper and storm produced beach finds.
