hey im from wisconsin so i am don't see alot of these but is it a bullet or a fishing sinker? and if its a bullet is it old or more modern black powder bullet? i found it in a dried up lake bed.

I'm not sure what kind of bullet it is or the exact date but I can tell you it is post civil war.
