I'M JUST AMAZED AT WHAT I FOUND TODAY! A 1856 SEATED HALF ABOUT 10 INCHES DEEP AND GAVE OFF A IFFY SIGNAL. I'M SO GLAD I DUG HER UP . MEET UP WITH SKINNYPUPPY,L4S AND D-DUB , THEY ALL HAD SOME GREAT FINDS TOO. I'LL POST MY OTHER FINDS LATER!

Mike, that's just beautiful!  I know what iffy seated at 10" sounds like Smiley  What a thrill! HUGE CONGRATS, HIGH FIVES and BOOYAHS for unearthing some real treasure there!!!  Someone was really unfortunate to lose that back in the day, but I think you're even more fortunate finding it today.

I don't think I'll post what my "iffy signals" resulted in today.
Mainly because after about 16 inches down into one hole I gave up, and the other one was looking the same so I stopped after about 10 inches. The deeper hole may have been right through the middle of a barrel hoop!
