Yesterday and today were just 2 days of very slim picking, I MD'd all day both days and this is all I have to show for it, I tried several spots and just nowhere I went had much to give up. Few more wheats and injuns for the pile, the silver ring was beat up pretty bad from a plow. Injuns are pretty crusty as well.  tongue3

Very cool finds.  Th shamrock/clover was the symbol for the 2nd Corp during the Civil War.  The "GS" in the center looks like it could stand for General Service.  It looks like a device that would've been made after the war and worn to club meetings like the Grand Old Army (GAR); a reunion/veterans club for soldiers that fought during the war on the side of the North.

Yeah, ive had many days like that. To the point were i would be very thankful for a few injuns.
I usually rate my day as to the date of the oldest coin i find that day, so id say you had a few good days.

every minute not detecting, is a wasted minute.
