so i got out with the new toy today.. and started my new learning curve..  went to a place that was cleaned by my 202 to learn on the new swinger. bumped it into coin jewelry mode, and switched to light trash, and cranked it up on the sens..  1st hole pulltab... 2nd hole  1887 V nickle at 7in..  my second ever dug Grin  also managed a 1949 Wheat a copper heart another cool marble, and a nice roundball!!  the pinpoint mode works very nice and really helps... can't wait to master this SAFARI...   best of digs   icon_salut   MR TUFF

Congratulations on your new machine; I had similar experiences when testing out mine for the first few times. Newer technology is amazing isn't it! Wait untill you try all metal mode. Nice finds by the way. Does that broken object say crusader?

u just can't beat minelab, I used a safari for a whole day this summer and I just could not believe how easy it was to use. I loved it. Congrats on the V nickel!
