                 Scotto & I hit a yard sale a few months ago that had boxes of Rocks & Minerals that had came from a Rock Shop that has closed down a few years ago.
   We bought several things then put some on lay-away, & came back for two months & paid them off.
   I bought a clear crystal cluster with one point that measured 13" long, & an Amathyst (hollow) that is 18" by 15".
   I gave $150.00 each for them & sold the clear one today for $300.00, thus making the other one free of charge.   Grin

Looks like the Amathyst is from a volcanic 'Thunder Egg'..( geode )...have seen some mighty big ones...

                   I think these come from Brazil, most are cone shaped, & they call these 'Cathedrals'.
