Yesterday (Thanksgiving day) would have been my son's 23rd birthday. It's been just over two years since he passed away after a double lung transplant as the result of cystic fibrosis. He was (and is), my inspiration. Jay made it possible for me to start my new hobby of metal detecting. It gives me a sense of peace while I'm in my own little world searching for treasures from the past. I'd like to feel he's with me when I'm out walking in the woods. I spent the day detecting, only finding a few modern coins, but it was very satisfying none the least. I miss him every day. He was (AND IS) my treasure!! I'll love you forever bud!   Dad    (berkshiregold)

He is with ya when you hunt.. and hes always in your heart, even death cannot take that away... I am glad you find some peace when hunting..  but on the other hand, I know how you feel and wish I could make it better, alls I can do is keep you in my prayers ...  keep on hunting and remember alot of us will keep ya in our thoughts n prayers.

Live your life in such a way, that when your feet hit the floor  in the morning, satan shudders and says, OH CHIT, SHE'S AWAKE.
