Went out to a different site today which almost everyone and their mothers have detected this past summer.  Including myself.  Within 5 minutes onto the hunt, I dug the '52 Roosie.  Wandered around the area some more, digging all signals sith nothing to show for except for a bunch of shotgun brass and shell casings.

Ventured over to a different spot in the same area, and got a very broken up signal...I thought it was going to be another rusty nail or bolt.  To my surprise it was the 1912-D Barber dime.  Grin

After that, we went to a spot near my house and I found two 1907 IH's in the same hole.  It sure is starting to get cold out there though.  Looks like Sat. morning might be my last hunt for the year.  This is my 6th silver for December, and 164th for the year.   I hope to finish strong. Enjoy and HH!  thumbsup

I still can't believe how shallow that Barber dime was. Great hunt yesterday, Jon.
