I think this is a bear claw
it looks like it was re-drilled after the first drilled hole had worn out after many years of wear
I have quite a few elks teeth that have been re-drilled after the first hole had worn through

Very cool looking piece larson. Maybe it's just my wild imagination, but in that 2nd picture it sure looks like an effigy head of an animal, possibly a horse.
