She is in Mo (I'm in Tn) and as said she is very slow at it, I call her every half hour or so; she is also having her 76 year old mother help her- she lets her find some Silver if you know what I mean (she opens ends of rolls for her), so it takes alota time; I can do a box in under 1/2 hour- she gets mad when tell her that.

obediah, what happens if rolls or maybe a box is full or non US money or lots of tokens, foreign coins and it short. Can the tellers do something? Or is it once your out of the box they cant help type of thing. Or a roll short on the volume orders.

my boxes have been short several times. just have to take the good with the bad. i told the vault teller at the bank once and she acted like there was nothing she could do to fix it. did not want to make too many waves. one time i had a box that was 12.00 short.

Agree with SilverCop, don't wana make waves; have been shorted few times, most memorable is by British Pence's and Quarters in Rolls, have been over before too once when found an SBA Dollar in a roll.

Okay she finished her 5 Boxes, 2 were Skunks, her totals are:
77 %40's 19 %90's one of which was a Ben the other a very, very worn barely readable 1920 Walker
For a total of 17 ounces bringing our total for month to 46 ounces.

Not a great day? Wow. I think your definition of not great is a little off. You found 90 40%ers in one day. I have found 99 so far this YEAR, searching MUCH MUCH more than you searched "today". YOu found 28 90%ers, which is MORe than my YEAR of searching. But "not a great day". The 40%ers cost you $45. They are worth $210 if sold today on Bulliondirect.com. The 90%ers cost you $14. They are worth today about $180. So, for the DAY you are up ... $330 give or take. IN how many hours? Or put another way - if you made $330 a DAY (for a FULL day, which this probably was not, since it was 6 boxes and you say you do a box every 30 minutes!) at a job, that would be $1,650 a week, and if you took off two weeks for vacation that would be $82,500 for the year. Probably tax free because I doubt you claim any profits from CRH on your taxes. Not a great day? That's my "not a great but an okay" YEAR. Be grateful for a WONDERFUL day, and don't try to make it sound like such a bad thing. :-) Oh, and that doesn't give ANY value for the proofs that you found, or the 76 silver proof. Yeah, that would make my DREAM day qualification if I got that many in one day. Or from 6 boxes (Which for me would mean .7 of a silver coin, since I don't even average one per 6 boxes of halves) Maybe I'm grumpy today, or maybe this hit me wrong, and if so I apologize, but it sure seems to me as if you got a GREAT amount of silver today, and even made a nice monetary gain, and yet you are not being very grateful for it.

Seems some expectations differ since some areas silver has become non-existant. The dry days are coming, for everyone. Be thankful for any silver you find.
