Let's hope not  Grin . My wife went to my motherinlaw's 100 miles south of here yesterday . They have 2 feet of snow there now and we have 14 inches .
Governor has declared a state of emergency and banned unnecessary travel . Be 3 or 4 days before she can come home .
Meanwhile ; the dog and I have all the foods we like to eat , plenty of beer , control of the remote , and the wood stove fired rosey-red like we prefer to keep us comfortable .
We can also burp , fart , and scratch at our convience without being chastised for it .

Storm is winding down here.  It snowed hard all day.  We received about 20 inches.  DC is at a standstill.  Not a good time for retailers, this being the biggest shopping weekend of the year.

Jeff,

Sorry about all that snow.  It's pretty but, I don't miss it.  It was in the 80's here in Puerto Rico.  I was catering a wedding and was sweating like a pig!

Jeff,

I used to live in Honesdale, PA (near Scranton).  The winters were so bad that I could not stand them anymore.  I moved to Orlando, Fl and lived there for 20 years before moving here in PR.  I saw on the news today that there was over 20 inches of snow in Philly!  Wow!  God bless you guys that have to drive in that mess!

Where I'm at,
Between Scranton & Philly
We were sort of on the Edge
of the storm & The paper says
it brought 4 to 8 inches of snowfall.

I'm guessing at the least 8 here
but am not walking outside at this point
it's 23 with a 19 Degree Windchill out there
