Hey everybody, hope your doing well.  This winter sure is different than last winter here in good ol' East Tennessee!!  First the big snow, then the 3 weeks of bitter cold and now rain, rain, rain! Angry Angry  This time last year I had been out at least a few times, so far this year not once....  Only got out 1 time in December.  O well, on to my last year totals:
I found a total of 1213 coins.  Not many for most of you, but my best yearly total.  The year prior was 767.  Also found 2 silver chains, 20 rings, of which 2 were gold, 1 classring, 4 silver, 3 stainless steel and 10 junque' Grin  The coins break down as follows:
Dollars: 1 presidential
Halves: 0
Quarters: 137, 2 silver washington
Dimes: 189, 11 Mercs, 5 Rosies
Nickels: 96, 3 Buffalo, 1 War
Copper Cents: 405, 96 Wheaties, 1 Indian Head, 2 Canadian
Zinc Cents: 380
Also Found a South Carolina State Seal Civil War Era Uniform Button, recovered a lost wallet for a gentlemen in a plowed field and found some cool tokens and old metal toys.   Most importantly had a blast doing it!!!  Totals will probably be lower this year as I am working more part-time besides my full time job trying to pay off a couple of loans, but we will see, quality is better than quantity for me.  Happy hunting and thanks for looking.
