Here's mine, This token is 119 years ago. It's got that old genuine Western Americana look, and the patina goes well with it

No but very nice sandy soil, the field must have recently been deep ploughed to lift them up. Also had some very nice condition coin weights in the same patch.

I like both!   I've found many early coppers but those are two I have not got over.  The Charles II is just a little early for my area, amd the Woods Hibernia just doesn't turn up.  I've found several George I British,  and George II & III Irish, but can't find one of those early Hibernia coins.

Hi, I found this coin in a lot where an old house was torn down.  I got quite a few wheeties and marbles too.  I was working around the back of the foundation using my spectrum XLT with the Blue Max 600 coil, when I got a good signal.  It was a brass spigot.  Then I found 2 more.  When I got the signal from the coin, I thought it was another spigot.  I was surprised when this coin popped out at 3" in loose dirt.  Pretty nice for 100 years old. Thanks and good luck, Niffler.

Due to our soil conditions most old copper English coins we find are badly corroded. But once in a while if we are lucky one like this pops up.

Can we see some better pics?  My opinion would be historic era hair pipe / tube.  Things did get traded, but it looks more like a rolled copper piece, rather than a hammered / formed copper piece.  Just my opinion and a great find either way.
