Hunted a park close by that we have hunted several times. Always find coins in this park , but nothing like this. Started off finding a 1912 "v" nickle, then a couple of 1940's wheaties. Went to the restroom and on my way back got a good signal, looked down and the ring was laying on top of the ground. Not real gold or diamonds but was exciting to find it anyways. Was starting to get dark and was heading back to the truck. Working along a sidewalk got a signal that read 79 on my dfx, thought it would be a new dime. Pinpointed, depth of 1", out popped a 1943 Merc. Checked the hole again and got another signal, dug and out popped a 1945 merc. Feeling real good about my finds I swept the hole again and got another signal. Dug and out popped another 1945 merc. The deepest dime was about 3". Was feeling real lucky now I started detecting the ground around the finds and got another signal. After alot of digging finally found the coin. It was a 1909 wheatie.

I sure wish every hunt was this good.
