I have tried doing this and still end up with a big mess.  Could someone describe how it is done. I just don't get it!  Thanks!

What I do is probe & find the target, then I put the screw driver to the side of it and push in all four directions making the hole larger. I then use my finger to feel for the target & placing the sd under it pull it to the top of the hole. When done you may have a 1" hole when done simply step on the hole & it is gone.
