Cool Research Tool for St Louis County

I was searching for when a couple of homes were built recently and I ran into this website.  At the bottom of the screen, click which type of search you want to do, I prefer address search, type in the address.  The property will come up with owner info, and if you click on property data, under assessment data in the lower left, it will tell you when the homes or properties were built. http://revenue.stlouisco.com/IAS/
