Thanks everyone, I'll bring it to work tomorrrow and drill the rivets out of it so I can clean the insides up and figure out what I'm gonn use for tires and axles, it should be an interesting project.  I haven't decided whether or not I'm going to use original colors though.  I'll just use some camera screws to put it back together in place of the old rivet heads, it should work good.
